Provided Amenities
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Pool towels are provided, please use only these towels in the pool area.
Please make sure you leave the space clean when you leave at the end of your stay with all pool towels inside the apartment.
Please make sure you dispose of all rubbish regularly.
As a safety precaution, please do not use any candles or incense inside the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our accommodations.
Please do not remove anything from the property and report all damages to us prior to your check-out.
No parties are allowed.
We don’t allow car charging at our property, so please don’t charge your car if electric.
Whilst we have attempted to make Villa Bartolini as safe as possible, there are natural hazards associated with a hill farm in this part of Tuscany.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The swimming pool is only 1.45 m deep; jumping from rocks is dangerous and could cause injury.
Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No lifeguard on duty.
Swim at your own risk.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Booking and Cancellation
To confirm your stay at Villa Bartolini, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Whilst we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the accommodation you have booked is available on your arrival at Villa Bartolini, there is no guarantee that can be provided. Therefore, in the unlikely event that the accommodation or its facilities are damaged by fire, explosion, storm, flood, burst pipes, damage, or any other circumstances beyond our control and in the event that no other suitable accommodation can be provided, we will refund your payment in full.
If you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, you must advise us by email. Your notice will only be effective when we receive an email of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for the period before the start of the stay, within which email notification of cancellation is received by us:
More than 8 weeks – full refund
Less than 8 weeks – 30% (this is calculated based on the total cost of the booking)
Less than 4 weeks – no refund
